This is our second time here. We had horrible service the first time but thought it was a fluke. So I brought my family here again today. The girl at the register was friendly (which is why I have two stars vs one). The man behind the counter puffed his cheeks and rolled his eye when asked for parm cheese. Food quality is inferior to other CiCis. We will not return.

It's buffet pizza I don't expect much but it's never horrible. Staff always seems to be annoyed and sometimes the options are few or repetitive. Like there will be 3 of the same pizza while missing other options. I feel they are over priced. I've been considering not going back just due to the prices and options.

I came to eat here with my sister and we both got the buffet to go. We decided to eat there after we already paid. We were eating for about 10 minutes when some man named “Rick” or “Joe” came up to us and raised his voice saying “ITS CALLED BUFFET TO GO YOU CANT EAT IT IN HERE THATS WHY ITS CALLED THAT” so we told him as we left there was no point in him doing that. There wasn’t even 10 people in the building.. they had the space. This man deserves to be fired for raising his voice at young female adults in front of customers. The food was also really bad, tasted hours old. Whoever is managing this business needs to do a better job on who they hire. It’s embarrassing for them to have workers who don’t know common manners. Also, if your planning on eating here PLEASE be mindful of the grumpy man who will greet you.. if he’s not fired by then.

I’ve been here more than few times and I’ve never had a great experience. Nothing is ever consistent! Not the food, not the service. What you can count on is cold pizza and poor customer service. The manager was no exception. He was pretty rude from the jump. My mom asked him questions about the menu options. He literally said nothing and pointed with his index finger to the menus sitting at the register. No hello, no goodbye. Y’all need to find someone else to manage this place. It’s budget pizza, but it’s not a prison. We don’t need you to treat us like we are here for free food. The only good thing I can say is that they FINALLY did something with the interior. It was clean and they redid the decor.
