Tried to get a quick solution to an online banking question. The sales rep were busy but one instructed me to scan the code on my phone to make an appointment. I did. Another couple followed us and did the same. A sales rep went to them not us even though we were ahead of them. To her credit the patron said I was next but he disregarded her. He spoke to her in Spanish and helped her. When it was our turn he said he's booked and can't help us. But he could help her. This is racism. All the reps were Spanish. The text I received from them said we're sorry we couldn't serve you-we're busy. Stay away from branch if not Spanish is what they made me feel. I called another branch and was helped over the phone within minutes.

This is the only Wells Fargo I will go to...I pass 3others to come here. Have had multiple bad experiences at the others but this one never...Always smiling and saying hi when I come in. Very friendly....Everyone. Thank you
