Customer service here is great. After the majority of my online order was cancelled for items being out of stock (they weren’t) customer service went and located everything, held them for me, and was very kind and apologetic at checkout. We all make mistakes and the way they handled it was great. Good job!

This place seems to be busy all the time. Lots of inventory on hand. I do think that most of the isles are to over crowded with large displays. Very difficult to navigate even the main isles. You have to pull over to let people pass. This is a huge inconvenience when you are on a rush. Seems to me that it's a major safety Hazzard.

We're at this store on a regular basis. They have many people there that will help you. They are knowledgeable in everything. I bought plants, and they let me know how to take care of them, and whether it needs, sun, or shade etc. Always a great experience there.

First they canceled two of our four orders in February, we still don't have our money back from them (we are told to go into the store to get the refund - Ill never go into this store again). We were forced to have the deliveries done because they can't hold it in the storage! The sales guy told us when we bought it, that they hold.it until the houses are done. The next two deliveries we had to drop curbside because the drivers refused to bring it in the garage. We had to rent a dollie and some guys did it than. Seriously? We are doing about 60k in gross with you guys. Well do it with Bill Smith or Lowes in the future! And: Refund the money immediately! You just have to send a check.

Yes, they have a couple of options. 3 pack of 16oz spray bottles $14.99, 2 pack 32oz refills $14.12, and large one gallon refill for $28.88. That's what we have locally where I am. Check your specific store location for pricing and availibility. The actual brand name is "Natural Veggie Wash". I hope that helps. Happy growing :)

They have always carryd acid and chlorine. They have a limited choice of filters. They have good accessories but no automatic sweepers.
Plywood come sometimes and go to fast everything going to fast every day, people come and pick up too fast
