Not much of a mall (not the kind of place you want to plan on spending the afternoon strolling around). The area is great, just not many places to sit down unless you're a customer and no real need to because it's so small.

Nice and well kept area for the most part. Father's Day evening we went to no less than seven places to find a place to eat. Many were closed, too busy, or two places were out of food. It's got nice shops and places to eat. There are several places we look forward to trying. The farmers market is held there on Saturday mornings and parking can be a challenge sometimes.

I imagine some restaurants will have Santa as we get closer to Christmas. Cape Harbour usually has an event with Santa.
Most places have little if any restrictions.
Actually most business are geared towards local traffic, there isn't a bunch of tee shirt shops etc. Nice collection of Restaurants, bars and shops. Downtown Cape Coral isn't very big but there is a good variety.
