Called Walkers to have my complimentary session with a Captain to help me get better oriented to the vessel. When Ryan arrived there was an alarm going off on the boat. Ryan immediately suggested that he bring it back to the marina and get it properly diagnosed and repaired. He returned the boat after it was repaired and we rescheduled our session. What a great convenience to have Ryan take care of everything. He is a great representative of this dealership and really knows how to provide the level of customer service that a purchase of this size deserves. He has made a believer out of me and I can't wait for our session next week.

Needed to buy some power steering fluid for the boat today so I could take the family for a ride. Bought the fluid but the advise I got from Rich about how to add it and eliminate the air in the lines was way beyond my expectations. Rich even made up a hose filler kit that worked perfectly.
