Went in for a broken tooth. I figured it would be an exam then having to schedule a separation appointment for the extraction. But they were able to take care of the tooth plus one other that was infected that same day. And not having insurance money was a worry for me. But the Doctor and Dale then office manager explained everything and were able to make pulling two teeth affordable. I know more work is needed and I'll go back.

Don't bother going here. Their customer service is awful! Their website says they take emergency walk-ins but when I get there I was told to call another person to "schedule" an appointment. What kind of treatment is that for someone seeking emergency care? Turns out I was told I couldn't be seen for a few days. I left their office in tears and went to another dentist office who took me in immediately. All Aspen dental caries about is how they're going to be paid not the patient. July 13, 2022 Aspen dental had the nerve to schedule an appointment for me after I hung up on the customer service representative because she said the soonest emergency appointment was Wednesday. I told them to just forget the appointment. I was going to another dentist. If they charge me anything for that appointment I will file a complaint against Aspen dental!

My husband went yesterday for a simple teeth cleaning. Took x-rays, then told him he had pockets in 5 teeth that need antibiotic treatment at $86 per tooth AND would need to be repeated every 3 months. He told them please just clean my teeth. They would not, so he paid the $85 for x-rays and proceeded to let them know he would never be back. So, not only did they lose him as a patient, I was going to make an appointment also. What a scam.

Overall it was a pleasant visit. The staff was professional and friendly. The hygienist, Francesca was thorough and informative. She took the time to give me a good cleaning and was aware of my sensitivity. I felt like I was in good hands. My only complaint was the office looked like it needed to be updated. The furniture and carpets look old and worn. The waiting area needed a good vacuum and the bathroom was not spotless. They need a better cleaning crew!

Hi Doreen, Thanks for reaching out! New patients without insurance are eligible for a free first visit that includes x-rays, and exam, and a consultation with the doctor. At that point, the doctor can make a treatment plan outlining all of your options, and they will include costs so that you have a better sense of next steps. Basic cleanings start at $102. You can learn more or schedule your first visit online at AspenDental.com. - Emily, ADMI
