I stopped at this location this week on my way to work. Ordered two Boston crème donuts and was disgusted when I got to work and realized they gave me two heart shaped donuts. The only time I know that heart shaped donuts are sold is at Valentine’s Day. Definitely not in July! Definitely not fresh donuts and months past when they should be sold. Will be making sure I check my orders at the window for now on. I would rather be told you don’t have it then sell me donuts months out of when they were to be sold. Total disappointment and waste of money.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a die hard dunkin fan. But two times in a row this location has given us the wrong order. Mind you it was from the drive through and we were on our way to work. So we had to turn around, go back, and go inside. I'm very disappointed in this location. They need to step up their game.

30 minutes to get 2 coffees and 4 donuts. Very disorganized and no direction from new manager. Everyone was playing boss and the inside line was out the door. Not going back to this Dunkin, which is convenient for me but the service on Santa Barbara Blvd sucks. I will go to the one on Chiquita for sure.

We had 4 drinks, pretty easy. 2 small macchiatos And 1 refresher and one large chai. On the machiotos they didn’t put any of the extra things in it. The people are very not nice and don’t know what they’re talking about. And the coffee tastes very old. 0/5 trash place. Don’t recommend
