I lived here for three years and absolutely love it! There’s never been an issue that couldn’t be solved with the super awesome front desk workers + maintenance. They’re responsive and attentive and the apartment itself is real nice :)

Rise at Northgate is the spot to be at. Great tour experience, gym, and pool area. Definitely move here. Has CVS downstairs and can walk to local bars and restaurants!

Loved living here for the past 4 years! Has its quirks like any apartment complex (in this case, street noise, due to being on Northgate, RIGHT next to campus, and occasionally slow elevators), but I know they try to sort things that they can control out as fast as possible. Cute resident events every month, great amenities, and a surprisingly fast maintenance team. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. :)
