Absolutely disgusted with the staff members and how they handle customers, actual paying costumers! We were purchasing NyQuil… everybody not a crime Im above the legal age to purchase this such item and they say our ID’s aren’t not valid “cause they have nothing to compare it too” what a joke definitely don’t recommend because they might not let you buy anything based off of nothing, I feel gross after having been in that store.

I really enjoy almost every Heb I've gone too. We don't have one locally. I stopped here before coming home. It was busy but, the cashiers were very quick and the line wait wasn't too bad.

I shop here regularly. There was one lane open this morning which is fine. That person was buying a months worth of groceries so I decided to go to self check out. As soon as I stopped my basket at a self check out register the young man ran over and started typing on the screen. He did not say a word to me. I assumed maybe something was wrong with the register and he was fixing something. Nope. He was manually entering my 3 packs of water in the system. I have a large family so buying 3 packs of water seemed normal to me. When he finished I told him I was going to scan the water. I never got the chance to even walk over to the register because he ran over to it. He said he was making sure I got the sale price.......I have been shopping here for years. Once you scan your items the sale price automatically applies. The management at this HEB location needs to retrain their employees. Do not assume ALL customers are coming here to steal. There are customers who come to HEB on Tx Ave to shop and spend their hard earned money to BUY food for their families. I am very offended. If this behavior continues I will shop elsewhere.

Yes they do. In produce section. Also in dried fruits in grocery departments on aisle with pasta and spaghetti sauce. Finally on aisle 1 in bulk foods(healthy living).
