With how long my wife and I have known Josh and Rob I thought I could trust them. Apparently I was wrong. Both of my wheels were over weighted and now I'm dealing with premature tire wear and bearing damage. Just for clarity there's 3 ounces on my front tire in one spot and there was 4 ounces in one spot on the rear but a few fell off while I was washing the bike. I even went back a few times to see if they would rebalance my wheels. They just blew me off and said they were too busy. Thanks for proving that I can't trust any shops around here. Great job you two! I'll never recommend them to any one ever again. The adult thing to do was not to do this to my wide glide to begin with. The adult thing to do would have been to fix it one of the three times I showed up. Hannah sports wear ring a bell?

We are new to the North Country. My partner was having trouble with his 1995 Harley Springer Softail. It seemed to be electrical. He changed the starter and other parts himself, still not charging. He spoke to some locals and they recommended Hartz Bros. He called to make appointment and they accommodated him that day. Super professional and knowledgeable.
