They are only doing month to month leases at the moment I believe. So yeah, you just gotta give them a 30 day notice, go to their office at midtown towers on mechanic st and talk to them, they might not have anything available right now.

If you have a pet, you get $50 back out of the $150 pet deposit. If you are lucky you may get a bit of your deposit back. I been here 5 years and I know of no one getting deposit. Even better they charge you $160 to repaint your old apartment.
