The room was ok nothing special. There never seemed to be anyone around if you had questions and when they were there they weren't very frendly. It's located to some great places to eat and you could get to whatever you wanted in very little time. It was 100 for the nite and the hallways had a strange smell to them.

Decent breakfast, nice room attendants. The lady at front desk during the day could smile more and be more hospitable. I think they over booked the rooms because I was downstairs and some people were noticeably upset. Pool was clean and barely used by guests.

The front desk man is AWFUL. Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in my life and we would have left upon speaking to him if we had another hotel option. We only got one functional key card and the room was fine at best. The shower handle was not attached to the wall and the bathtub drain was rusty. The breakfast options were a few cold kolaches and a single waffle maker which there was a constant line for. The location was nice though. It overall would have been a fine enough experience had the man not been so absolutely horrible from the moment we walked in.

This was a last minute booking after another hotel sold our room out from underneath us. So they saved our stay. Room was nice & spacious with new carpeting in the hallway. Other renovations still obviously underway. Staff was helpful and friendly. Maidservice refilled towels and made bed but was respectful of our luggage and other items in the room. No breakfast besides coffee & juice - understandable given construction. Would stay again.
