Good prices for a dental cleaning. I'm giving them 3 stars because they take forever to get things done. We dropped off our dog at 8 for a dental cleaning expecting to just drop her off but we had to meet with so many people it took half an hour. We got a call to pick up our dog at 1 and we get there right at 1. We pay and we waited 30 minutes for them to bring her to us. Makes no sense since all they had to do was put her leash on and give her to us. If shes not ready for pickup at 1 then don't call me and tell us she will be ready for 1. It's a huge inconsideration of our time especially when we have to leave work to come pick her up. Otherwise, friendly staff and good prices. I'm probably going to go shopping around for a different place to clean my dogs teeth just because the experience of having to wait even though they said she was ready.

The people at the hospital are always pleasant and kind and the prices are very reasonable. I have been there for 3 years and never had any issue at all.

I would like to say thank you to the compassionate staff and Dr. Emilie Dours in particular. We had to take my wife’s feral/street cat in due to rapidly declining health. My wife would have spent any amount of money to save or help her. Dr. Emilie Dours explained, with dignity and compassion, the cat‘s multiple health problems and the considerable challenges she would face going forward. An incredibly precise and challenging job considering how upset my wife was. It would have been easier for Dr. Dours to get my wife to agree to a lot of expensive tests and treatments. Dr. Dours chose the honorable and dignified path of advocating what was best for the cat. There was so much dignity and compassion in the room that Angelita, who would hide even if she only heard a neighbor go into their backyard, gently purred while she was put to sleep (in an unfamiliar room with a stranger present). What was originally a very sad event became profoundly beautiful and reassuring. We thank you very much.
