WHAT happened to Oasis Animal Hospital?? We have been taking our family pets to them for 15 years and have never received the service that we are getting now. Our small dog needs specialty food that requires a vet's approval. We called to order on Wednesday Aug 24 and went in to pick it up on Friday the 26th. They said, "We ONLY order on Tuesdays and it comes in Friday". They PROMISED to order on the 30th. We couldn't get there Friday Sept 2 so I went in today to pick it up. It was clear they hadn't ordered it as promised and then the woman went to "it's backordered indefinitely". Well if they found out a week ago that it was backordered why didn't someone call to tell us? Where was the call exploring options? Where was the concern for our family pet? And to cap it off, when I asked to speak to the vet she was mysteriously unavailable. Wow, I miss Dr Fisher.

This place is thr best. Dr. Augenstein is so very patient and explains everything so well. She was able to get blood and urine from my very difficult cat.

It doesnt matter who you deal with at this place, from the front staff to the actual vet doctors themselves... Everyone has been just great to deal with. We have been to many vets over time and this place has by far been better than everyone else. It's a bit of a drive from where we live but well worth it. Update: We have now brought several of our cats to them over time and everyone has always been super nice, informative and I must add, Dr Augustine is an absolute phenomenal wealth of information. I have never encountered a vet like her or any of the crew at this place. I mean WOW... If only we could clone this place. Rates were the same or better than any place else too. Best of all they are more personal and care about you and your pet. Unlike other vets that obviously you are just a number .. Truly a better vet than most.
