Jeff and Rachel were absolutely amazing. The vibe was comfortable and friendly. A friend of mine came to Jeff with a discrimination problem, and he handled it immediately. And even told us his plan of action. I also lost my key the first two nights and Jeff was an entire delight about it. Rachel never failed to say hello or offer her assistance, even when unprompted. I'm sure the entire staff is just as wonderful, but I only really got to interact with these two and if I ever came back to Texas, I know exactly where I would stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was also clean and added bonus, the water felt fantastic! And the fire pit worked!!! All in all 10/10

The highlight were the staff. The building and linens were very Nice as one would expect. Jason at the front desk was very helpful and especially kind to my grandchildren. All the front desk staff were friendly, courteous and helpful but I do not have their names. The star of the stay was Jovita the M-F Breakfast Host. The food was well cooked, well stocked and served at appropriate temperatures. I observed her to clean and tidy tables between guests. She had a kind word and cheerful comment to all the guests. She was kind to my grandchildren and their mothers and made sure they had what they needed. She will be long remembered by my family. She is your rock star!

I have never been so disappointed in all the stays I have had with Hilton. The room was filthy, disgustingly gross with food and who knows what all over the walls the floors and pubic hair in the bathroom. The service upon entry was very disappointing the person behind the counter was non-present for at least five minutes. When he approached us he was rude, condescending, and very and unwilling to assist us in questions that we had. He treated us if if we were stupid and why we were asking questions that we had being new to the area. Will never stay here again. The assistant behind the desk physical appearance was disgustingly filthy, he was a dirty, smelled, and his fingernails have black dirt under each fingernail.

We were greeted by Jeff Dartnell, he was patient and courteous when the 8 of us showed up and there were already a couple people ahead of us and a few after us. He got us all checked in with a smile and details of everything we needed. Perfect location, easy access to the freeway whichever way you need to head.
