There were little annoying things that made this visit not enjoyable. None of the 3 ice machines I checked were working. I had to go down to front desk to ask about getting some ice. He took me back to an employee only room to get a bucket of ice. He said there was a water leak problem. ( Not good). I had several ants in the room where you make coffee. You had to be at the next level up ($$) to get free breakfast. It was available for $11. Per person.

I am a Platinum Elite IHG member and a long time IHG/Holiday Inn customer. I was terribly disappointed in this location. The bathroom floors need a proper cleaning with pine sole type cleaner not just with a swifter and the carpeted areas a proper steam cleaning. The breakfast was terrible.

I requested a receipt, as I always do when paying or staying on points and I always get one, but the staff told me that IHG does not allow them to give a receipt so I dont know what IHG is paying for the room. They also charged my food to my credit card automatically without allowing me the opportunity to pay with cash either at the table or at the counter. When I tried to have them change it to pay with cash, they didnt really want to, it was like I was putting them out or they didnt know how to do it. Food at mini buffet was minimal, old, and dried out. I just reviewed my credit card charges and instead of just placing a $50 hold for damages with a refund of it and the food charge/refund, there were other charges and refunds that have nothing to do with my stay. Why? Do they know what they are doing or were they trying to place a charge hoping I didnt notice? Not really sure, but as of now, all is returned. Dont like it when things like this happen. Makes me question the employees and business. I would not recommend this place to stay. Unprofessional and unknowledgeable.

I stayed here for two nights last month when my flight home was canceled. I paid for the entire stay with ihg points so I shouldn’t have been charged anything, but a couple days after I left I noticed a $28 charge on my card. I called and asked why I had been charged when my points had already covered the room, and the lady said that the person checking me in must have made a mistake and that she would refund the charge immediately. Three weeks later, the charge had clearly not been refunded. So I called again two days ago explaining the problem and was told that the person who could help me was out on break, but they would call me back when their break ended. Two days later and I never got a call back. This hotel was a decent stay but customer service is horrible and I will not be back.
