Above and Beyond Amazing Front Office Team!! We applied here after a few conversations with Lori, the Community Manager, and got approved with conditions that we would have to pay an extra deposit of one months rent up front because of our credit amounts. Lori in the front office heard the hesitation in my voice and after we got off the phone she worked for a few hours and helped us out tremendously. She went above and beyond for us, some future tenants that she has never even met in person. We were extremely excited to move to the Vineyards before and now, because of Lori, we are ecstatic. She has made what would have been a nerve-racking and stressful experience, an absolutely stress free and easy process. We can't begin to thank her and the other people in the front office for what they have done for us. We look forward to moving in and wish we were already there!

I went by for a tour and even though they didn't have anything available to view, the young lady at the front desk was more than willing to take us around the community and show us the location of the downstairs 2/2 that they have coming available in June. She could've simply gave us an informational packet and sent us on our way but she put forth time and effort to give us a tour of what we hope to be our soon to be home. Thank You Erika! We look forward to working with you all in the very near future!
