I would give zero stars if possible. Had surgery in August 2021 and was charged $2465 up front. Hospital did not bill my insurance correctly so claim was denied and that caused the payment to not go towards my out of pocket and received additional bills that should have been covered at 100% since the surgery bill should have made me meet my out of pocket. I have called doctor and insurance several times to get he claim resolved as I am due a refund. Hospital blames insurance and insurance needs an itemized bill to process. In the meantime I’m now out $5000 based on paying up front and having to pay the other bills. I read similar reviews and thought it would still be ok, but clearly should have stayed away. Surgery went great, but the billing is a nightmare. I want my money back.

Had my outpatient surgery here. From registration to the excellent nurses, I highly recommend this hospital! All the staff were very caring and highly trained. I felt very comfortable. If I ever have surgery again, I'll do it at thus hospital

The staff at Baylor Trophy Club took very good care of my husband. They were so accommodating to even my needs while I stayed. Went in for knee surgery this week and the staff provided the best care I have ever received for knee surgery and with this being my sixth knee surgery I have some experience to compare it to. They truly were the most caring group of caregivers anyone could ask for. I highly recommend Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club.
