Try to avoid this place if you can, as a few people mention they are very money driven and it feels like they will do anything to make a dollar. I received my final account statement today. My initial deposit was $1,200 They charged me for the following after moving out. Carpet Cleaning: $163 - I rented a steam cleaner from home depot and cleaned the carpets. They were in better condition when I left than when I moved in. Kitchen Cleaning: $120 - I don't even know what they would charge me 120 for here, I even went to the extent of buying new drip plates for the stove to make sure there weren't going to be any issues. - After seeing photos I could have cleaned the kitchen better, still not $120 worth of cleaning though. Paint Damages: $100 - The only charge I can understand, I mounted my TV on the wall and there were some marks in the paint on the walls after I moved out. Still a little steep for touching up paint. Pet Fees: $150 - I don't even have a pet... I was considering it and I even talked to the office staff about how much it would cost if I were to get a pet. - I was provided with a picture of a bag of cat food that was found in the apartment after I moved out. Not sure how it got there given I don't have a cat but it is what it is. They are charging me $500 for absolutely ridiculous reasons. There was also no communication about my deposit refund because I needed to update the mailing address and every time I would call I was told to contact cooperate (which I did and they ignored every voice mail and call I made). I believe in a fair review but I also believe in an honest review. The apartment complex itself isn't bad but I've had a bad experience with management and cooperate, I'd still try to avoid it at all costs. Happy apartment hunting.

If you want to have guest over don’t live here. The residents cars sit in visitors parking spots for hours and days. They hold down the visitors like it’s their paid parking spot. Literally should have made the entire back fence visitors parking. Then they don’t have visitors passes either. Even other residents are experiencing the same problem and the front office seem to not care. Last management was so much better on making sure ppl aren’t sitting in visitors for days.

The complex is nice and so is the entire office staff! The manager Adriana is so nice and very helpful, so is Brandie, the leasing agent. The place is clean and inviting. They are very accommodating and answered all questions and were very helpful.

I had a tour here and decided to pass during the noonday, and that night to show my gf..lets start, The office lady was Very Rude unconsidering, unwelcoming and just UnKind and unfriendly!. Two days ago there was a MURDER There at Brookfield Apartments Mon.6/20/22 @9p.m loud gunshots was fired multiple times, ( the teen passed away. ) by the time he reached a clinic nearby.!! It's true I passed by and seen the crime unit and yellow tape out there. Two days I did go back to as I'd said I would and all the workers working and acting as if nothing never happened. I will not be coming Back !!
