I toured these apartments today and I fell in love immediately!!! The spacing, the amenities, the pricing .. everything was great. David Brown did an amazing job with showing me the property and the apartment as well as finding the perfect unit for me and helping me through the application process. I cannot wait to move in !!

The closest retail area to Northgate Oaks Apartments is located at the intersection of Cypress creek Parkway and Stubiner Airline Road / Veterans Memorial. The retailers there include Hobby Lobby, Half Price Books, and Planet Fitness.
Every unit has it own washer/dryer
In the open spaces the parking is first come , first serve. We do have carports and garages that can be rented at a separate price. If there is a car in a carport without the correct tag the car can be towed.
We have parcel pending package lockers. The residents have access to the lockers 24 hours. If the residents have not signed up for the lockers the package will be left at the front door. We do not take packages in the office unless the locker is full or there is a larger package that wont fit in the lockers.

To be honest I am very much unsure because base on your move in day it's how your rent is established. It really depends on how many vacancy apartments. I love every minute of staying in this apartment. They are professional and quick to get problems solved.
