Before moving in here I specifically asked for a unit that was quiet as I have a newborn baby and they recommended a unit on the corner of Woollomes & Albany. Worst area ever as every night cars and loud trucks would race down the street there. The walls are super thin, you will hear your neighbors. While moving in I stepped on a nail that was in the carpet and ended up finding about 20+ nails that were scattered throughout the bedroom carpets. Almost as if someone threw them everywhere on purpose. Had to have management send someone out to properly vacuum and clear those out. The cabinets were not properly secured. We had a water leak from upstairs into the kitchen/living room area. Also every night if you have the AC on you will hear a water drop sound over and over in the walls, management could not figure out why. The garbage dumpsters get overfilled and you will see roaches, I forsee if they cant get this managed there will be a roast infestation. It takes MULTIPLE attempts to get anyone from management on the phone or to respond to emails. It isn't until you physically find them at the office will they do anything. Here I am 4+ months after moving out of this place and I still haven't received my security deposit back, with no updates or responses. Possibly my worst apartment living experience ever for a place that calls themselves "Luxury Apartments"

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any hospitality company. As a home owner and previously renting apartments, this staff has to be the most incompetent I’ve dealt with. I am relocating with my significant other, and this place has gave me the run around. Days of not picking up the phone and going straight to voicemail. They denied our application on the 11th and were barely hearing about it today, the 18th. They did not even bother to look at the co-signer’s application nor did they listen to our special situation. I would stay FAR away from this place. This might be the only office I’ve called that isn’t open to the public due to Covid. We spoke with Ramon almost everyday since the 11th, and not once did he tell us our application was denied. Every time he said he would get back to us, he did not.

Grapevine Villa is an astounding place for residence. Quiet, clean and located in prime location in quickly developing Delano. Beautiful esthetic and more than convenient modern appliances, not to mention enough cabinet space for the International Space Station’s food supply. Ramon and the rest of the staff are phenomenal people and ensure everyone living at Grapevine feels at home. The lovely events they throw for the community and their sense of neighborhood love really sets them a part from other places I’ve lived. I’d recommend Grapevine Villa Luxury Apartments to everyone.
