Honestly had the drop the review since being here. Issues with their gates And Lack, of security, issues with maill being stolen And our mailboxes being broken into 5 times. And the only thing they could say about it well it's not our problem. I asked about security cameras They did not have a satisfactory answer. Old review when I 1st moved in. (Even with the pandemic going on they're very easy to work on getting everything moved in. The presses took about I say a week at most.)

Do not rent here. My experience has been difficult from the beginning in 2021. The place smells like smoke. All my clothes smelt like smoke. They messed up with my paperwork, gave me wrong information regarding my rent and then are charging me for the mistake. Office staff is incompetent. Now they are being difficult with my deposit. I have a paper trail of all our conversations and they are still fighting it. And have stopped responding to my emails. This is literally a last resort type of place, and for that they should be ashamed. Please don't rent here. Edit: if you'd actually like a chance to discuss it then respond to my emails. Don't just say it to look good.

These people will give you the absolute run around and waste your time. When I met with Frannie she showed me the apartment I showed the offer letter for the Job, gave everything and she said not a problem, we should be able to lease you in a couple days. Every day they need a new document which I would provide in a timely manner, then they turn around and say you're denied after paying 200 dollars for an application and an admin fee. What a scam, Frannie and Vanessa need new professions.

I have lived here for a month and a half and so far everything has been great. Neighbors a friendly and considerate, office staff is prompt and responsive. I am glad I made a good choice by leasing my first apartment here! Edit to original post- My sister was robbed at gun point by 3 young men on her way back from church. Communication, security for residents and honesty are all things the management and community lack. When a life is in danger and safety is not a top priority reasonably a resident will seek actions. The cooperation of the management has not been here to help us, making false promises and not responding has lead for the problem to drag on for over a month to be without it being resolved, this is unacceptable and inconsiderate to my sister and I or any resident in that matter. Update after last update- My issues and concerns have been addressed. Thank you Frannie for your help!
