Updated: I screened for a study. Checked in Tuesday although I was supposed to be there Monday. The staff are pretty nice & laid back for the most part except like 1 or 2 people Betsy is the charge of the study. She has an obnoxious and bitter attitude. I tried to over look it. Not Protocol imo isn't following directions. I followed directions but I do ask questions. I spend the night there and next day my hemoglobin dropped 1 point. I asked her if the study was canceled because she yelled, "Everyone pack your belongings and you need to go." Betsy announced my hemoglobin was low and that's why im not in the study. She shouldn't have to tell everyone my business. She has a real loud voice and she asked me what's the problem a day prior when I asked why am I changing rooms. I'm fine in a room by myself. The following morning I asked another staff member some questions and she kept saying talk to the charge. So yes Betsy has an attitude and she may be taking stimulants. Lol It would be fortunate if she is drug tested because the results may come up positive. We're volunteers and without us you wouldn't have a job. Betsy needs to appreciate her volunteers and treat them like human beings instead of yelling at us and a few others like were animals. That's very unprofessional. Furthermore the study team decided to restrict me because they said I wasn't following protocol. What's there not to follow. They give us a list of rules to follow I did not violate any rules.
