IM SHOCKED! We were looking to purchase the T-Brace dining table and went to look at a couple at our local outlet store and they are not as advertised! On their website: "Solid oak timbers are supported on tapered stanchions of hand-cast metal..." There are no solid oak timbers, it is VENEER! And looking around, 95% of the tables are veneered wood, fake concrete, and hollow tabletops. I'm wondering if the metal pieces are real metal! And the prices are still ridiculous! What has happened to Restoration Hardware?

Beware of this outlet! I've been lucky in the past to find some pieces that were not obviously damaged and at a good price. Unfortunately, they have changed. Popped in the other day and noticed that prices have been marked up from their original price. Visit the RH website before you come in; otherwise, you'll be paying MORE at the outlet for a damaged piece than what you could pay for a new, undamaged item with your RH membership. Delivery costs less through the website than what you pay through the third party the outlet utilizes.

We purchased a foyer light for a great price. Like others we used a 3rd party to deliver and I watched them drop the light as they were pulling it out of the truck. DO NOT use the delivery service they recommend (Gerardo). They charge a fortune and do not take care of your merchandise.
