Just horrible customer service all around. They put me in a room for over 55 minutes and none of the nurses even bothered to have the sense to tell me what to do next or what the hell I was sitting in the dirty room for. I had to walk to the nurse’s station twice to ask them what is going on and if anyone was ever going to see me. Ridiculous

I came through the ambulance to this place for an "Emergency" and told we have to wait in the waiting room. Waited for 3 hours and they said there still people in front of us. Not organized worst service ever not ever coming here again you might die here avoid this place.

Ok, so either INOVA are billing your insurance company incorrectly, or, being as insurance companies are "for profit" and if it was an ER visit, they may state that you should go to an urgent care or PCP first. You may want to call your insurance company or send them copies of the letters and bills.
