Yes they have a lab enter through the main entrance and it's about halfway down on your left it will say lab
Unfortunately I am not sure. Sorry about that.
Robert is correct. You might want to check with your insurance company, however. Some work will cost you less at other clinics/labs based on agreements with the company.
