I tried to call this company today and all I got was an answering machine telling me if I wanted to hold for an agent that it would be a 17 to 26 minute wait. I really needed some information about an annuity that I have with them, so I decided to hold. I held for exactly 1 hour and gave up. This is a pathetic and unacceptable way to do business and treat their customers. I will soon be moving my business elsewhere. I would never do business with them again.

Hello Jacque. Thank you for your inquiry. This building does not have an observation deck open for the general public.
They do not have free employee parking, but as far as I am aware they have a garage in the main tower, and a couple of lots around or attached to Dixie terminal, and multiple other parking lots owned by the parent company close by. All are said to have monthly parking, at varying fees. They are said to be in high demand. Many of their employees additionally park at the Underground Railroad Freedom Center garage, or on smaller lots along 3rd street.
