the branch on gilead Rd, Huntersville NC are the most rude people I have ever seen, I opened an account in August in that branch and I called Oct 13 to request a letter with my information and all my deposits I have done since opened the account for an immigration issue, so I talked to a lady that she told me it would be ready for Tuesday Oct 25 in the morning, then the same day I called back to tell them something that I forgot to tell about the letter, so when I got there Tuesday, Annie its I think manager or something else, she treated me like she first ignored me and told me that she couldn't talk to me because she has a customer I told her that I was there just to picked a letter that suppose to be ready for Tuesday , so she asked me who I talked to so I told her I talked to a lady also a man , so it was my mistake no asked names, so she told me that she didn't know anything about it and I need the letter for that day in the morning, so she didn't help me and she told me to come next day I told her if there is any other lady working there she told yes but she won't interrupt her, I used to work in banks and it doesn't matter to ask someone or even called through the internal phone, so I lose my appointment in immigration that day then when I returned next day , they had my letter and still she knew who I was and still they requested my ID and no even said any apologized to don't have my letter that day and then when I said bye have a good day no one answered , I think those people have a racial issue and it is sad because I think that person Annie it is east European. They should be more organized and be serious when customer request something and don't make people lose their time and respect people and be nicer and be polite to at least answer my greeting. No matter how much money you have in the bank people working there should be more polite and responsible.

Do not get your mortgage through 5th third. They lost our payment, credit score dropped 81 points and they refuse to make it right even though I have receipts of mortgage being paid

Worst bank ever! They’re very racist, no matter where. They will hold your money & give you the run around with their partner access 360 company! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.

Very poor customer service will charge you fees for anything they can. Wouldn’t recommend especially after the lawsuits they have had in the past with over charging people with fees.

Best way is stepping into a branch and speaking with the branch manager directly if it's regarding your business account
