Waited 20 minutes downtown to have the driver look right at me and not stop at the downtown hub. Banging on the side of the bus as it doesn’t even stop. If Metro wants more riders you have to stop to let us on. Next bus in one hour. Let’s do better metro.

They don’t care, really don’t care what their customers think. Impossible to get through to anyone when you have a problem. Buses don’t show up at all and when you call, you’ll be on eternal hold. Sadly, this used to be a great system.

Never on time. Usually 10 to 20 minutes late almost everyday. Why would we WANT to use something that can't get anywhere on time. I can't afford to lose my job being late regularly when they don't care

So bus drivers are just allowed to pause the route and go through McDonald's for a snack? Breaks should be scheduled in, I dont have time to wait 20 minutes for you to get a burger and fries. I'm going to be late to my DOCTORS APPOINTMENT now. Inconsiderate.
