Not a good place to work if you are close to your family, have small children to care for, and you both work or starting a new marriage. Unless you don't mind being in a relationship where you barely see each other. Employees may not voice their feelings due to a social media clause in their contract. Metro is ideal for a single person. No one else to concider but themselves. It seems as if the issue lies in call offs, which need to be covered by other employees. Employees not doing their job as detailed in job description. Haters, in non entry level positions. Non work related issues such as he say she say and rumors. Concider the fact that majority of the staff there are african Americans, it's not hard to determine what types of drama behind closed doors exist.
