Been a resident 4 years. Started off great but has been going downhill since and is worst now. The biggest issue is the management staff. Lack professionalism and customer service and will use lease terms unfairly to avoid resolving issues in a reasonable manner. This alienates tenants. A little courtesy and common sense approach is needed. I cannot wait to leave this place when lease ends.

So ive been here for almost a year and dalia is amazing absolutely love this community and the management . When i moved in it was switching over to this new company and when i tell you they are amazing … they are amazing . Highly recommend.. their communication with the tenants is great maintenance is fast acting and resolve youre problems.. its quiet and ive never had an issue ! Love it here ill be renewing my lease! 🖤

These apartments are okay. We’ve lived here for almost years and they don’t want up provide updated appliances and if they do it’s and extra 75$ on the rent. The parking is horrible and only have visitor parking in the front and back. We also put in work orders and are told they will come and have to wait a week or two for anything to be done. We asked for our door to be re painted because the paint was peeling and they peeled what was coming off and just pained over it ; it looked horrible.
