Best apartments I've rented so far. Quiet but not too far from shopping. Has open covered parking, a gym, pool, laundromat, and within spitting distance of Veterans Park. Friendly and helpful staff and maintenance. Price is decent for the perks.

Overall, I really loved living here! Like every living situation, there were a few cons, but lets start with the pros: - The staff, both office and maintenance, were always friendly and eager to help! - All maintenance requests were handled quickly and with excellent communication. - The location is quiet and safe, with a police and fire station a couple blocks away. - Veterans Park is RIGHT across the street, which is amazing if you have a dog or like to play frisbee golf. - The common areas areas were well maintained and clean. Cons: - The building itself (at least on my side) is older and does have some age related issues, such as poor insulation and worn appliances - BUT maintenance fixed every serious issue quickly. - My apartment did not have washer and dryer hookups, like the listing stated. Despite this, I would say the pros outweighed the cons. I enjoyed my time here and the staff made me feel welcome from before I moved in until even after I moved out!

I’ve been here almost a year. The staff is professional and nice, the grounds are nicely landscaped and well kept. It is quiet most of the time, and there are good people living here. I really like where it is. We’re between two nice parks giving us a rural look and feel. This is no ghetto. I like that I have a view of the park and trees out my window. I’ve seen some ‘upscale’ apartments that offer views of a parking lot and the back of a Walmart. Why would anyone even consider those? I’m very happy to be here and have no immediate plans to go anywhere else. I gave only four stars because I had a maintenance issue this week. It was resolved, and in a fairly timely manner. It’s just that one of the maintenance guys (I won’t drop a name this time) was a little less than polite. I asked him a few questions and he was almost a bit snappy with me. I don’t feel like I was being demanding or rude with him. Maybe he was having a bad day. But if it happens again I will be addressing it more directly.

It does, but I'm not sure if it is accepting it at the present time. You would need to call the office and ask them.
