The buildings are in horrible condition! Our first building got flooded due to a busted pipe and then they moved us to a new unit that has flooded my daughters room several times and destroyed her furniture. Cracks in the doors we are constantly getting bugs and insects inside the house - no real maintenance is being done, just touch ups here and there! It’s getting frustrating we have brought it to managements attention several times but nothing is being done!! It’s like they don’t care about our living situation but yet they have no problem jacking up our rent! At this point we’re being forced to look elsewhere since we can’t get another unit or have our rent lowered for all the headaches we have to deal with. Pest control people came and sprayed the apartment, even she was concerned with all the bugs and worms she found around the house! To top it off we had a recent leak in our closet upstairs that completely soaked my wife’s clothes and destroyed them! Maintenance staff does what they need to do but Management needs to do better and take initiative to take care of their tenants. Our living condition is terrible and this is not OK

My best friend and I just toured these apartments! I must say they are really beautiful and quiet. Everything we are looking for. Mrs. Gina was very professional and polite. She really sold us on the property! I highly recommend talking to her if you enter the leasing office.

Bazaro and the other maintenance staff here have been great! Every issue I have reported has been handled quickly and efficiently. I have lived here 3 years and all problems were resolved from lights, to flooding in the winter storm, to garage door opener, etc. The building is a bit older, so it is understandable that it may have a few more problems pop up. They are professional in customer interactions and communicate well. If you are looking for a place where maintenance does a good job and is reliable, this is it!
