I moved out in January, it's April and I have yet to get a call back or email concerning my deposit. I've left messages and still no response back. I went to the office and was able to talk with Rosa on 3/25 which I was told it was coming from California and could take up to 60 days it's been longer then that. My apartment was in excellent condition upon me leaving so I'm not sure what's the hold up. This in not a perfessional place.

We applied to Rush Creek. The place is beautiful! When we went in to sign our lease we had the extreme pleasure dealing with Andre. He is THE BEST! Friendly, funny, helpful. Just a joy to be around. So was his coworker. She was sweet and friendly as well. There are 1 separate playgrounds there does the kiddos and all kinds of amenities. This will be our forever place. Come check them out!

I have been here a year. The new people in the office Andre and ms Rosa who has been here are wonderful. They are easy to talk to and make sure things get done. Its been an improvement with those 2. Every place is gonna have their problems but they work to make sure its hadled.

My family and I have been residents here for many years. Up until two years ago we have never had issues. The new Management does not respond promptly to residents and is never "available" when you need her. We had A/C issues from March until October. It took me contacting Corporate to finally get the issue resolved and they replaced the entire unit. These used to be great apartments. I'm not sure of the issue but I don't think someone should take on the role of working in an apartment complex if they are not capable of handling residents properly. It is just a job to them but this is our home so they need to take that into account when handling issues. Corporate and the Maintenance team have always been great though at resolving and fixing any issues.
