There is only one outside pool, so the responder below must be commenting about a different community. As for the lawsuit comment, go look up all the lawsuits before you start blaming the members for the downfall of this community. You will also see a major rise in the lawsuits over the last 10 years & very minimal lawsuits prior to then. As for Roger Metzgers comment, it's meaningless due to the fact that he doesn't live here & he's hired by the corrupt BODs to be a constable in here who harrasses the members......PS, he's also a criminal awaiting his court date, look his name up online. Be aware that the members are fighting to get their community back & will have to start from scratch since our community is bankrupt thanks to the 10 years of corrupt BODs spending every penny of our money without our approval or knowledge, taking out credit lines, not paying bills, selling all of the equipment & damaging what is left, roads, clubhousec pool & courts in need of major work. These criminals all need to be held accountable for what they have done wrong here.
