Take it from someone who’s lived her for over 13 years. Don’t move into this community. They are money hungry! They want to charge for everything even the $60 clicker that will prevent you from spending another 25 minutes at the gate before you can step foot in your house. It’s ridiculous. They’ll tow your vehicle any chance they get even if you have a owners pass. Stay from away from this community and Carlos

Too bad I can't give 0 stars. The houses are very good but the management is terrible. A lot of people poorly educated, unprepared and with very dark and illogical rules (created only to disrupt the lives of those staying). Run away from this place, you will surely have some problem. They towed my car (no warning or anything like that) because there was smell stuff in front of the Sticker. They don't deliver letters or packages if you don't own the apartment. Security is only there to block the entrance of vehicles and look for cars to tow and earn $$.
