Package delivered to an individual..? my residence received no package. Why does this post office have so many issues?

I went to go deliver a package to send to my parents. I understand that I came in close to closing, but the gentleman behind the counter was much more interested in continuing his conversation with his friend behind the counter than helping me. He treated me fairly badly and I really had a sour experience from it. Also, they seem to put a ton of the wrong mail in mailboxes, this seems to be a recurring issue from everyone.

I have pictures of my waded up mail and where my box has been hit several times. I don't get anything that says I have a package at the post office and people calling me that my package was returned, and seldom get my packages delivered from Benton City postal service. I have lived here for 25 years before most of my neighbors and they treat me very badly. One of the worst postal services ever.

Having trouble with mail the past few days. I got notification that a package was delivered to my mailbox but nothing was there. Called the Post Master and he said that the carrier very well could have put the package in the wrong mailbox and therefore the package was stolen, that's what he says. So the cause of it being stolen was possibly the mail carriers error (?), but all I get is a "sorry we can't do anything to help you". So I go to get the mail tonight and one package is wide open and there's another package in my box that is not mine. I went to put the package that was not mine into the correct mailbox and lo and behold in that person's mailbox was a package for me. Still not the missing package but definitely someone is messing the mail up big-time here. I mentioned to the postmaster that sometimes the carrier could inadvertently scan the package and then not put it in the mailbox for some reason. He said he'd like to know if that was happening so he could take care of it. Ummmmm, I would too!! Anyway I'm just logging my complaint so hopefully they can take care of these problems
