“ Michelle Chapman” is beyond awful. I am not sure how she even still has a job. I know SEVERAL HOA Presidents and none has acted lazy as herself. You call, she’s rude. Doesn’t call back, or even check her voicemails. So sad. The fence in one of her Communities “ Sullivan Hills” has fences laying in peoples yards. She’s had SEVERAL people from the community call, and has told each one of us several different things. We’re not asking for a new fence, just the fence we have to get fixed. It’s sad, that each house pays $365 for HOA and can’t even get a fence fixed. Several people have gotten their attorneys involved. If you see her control any neighborhoods that you are thinking to move in, run. She’s awful, lazy, and will not get ANYTHING done. Check her experience and education out on her linked in page, not so much.

By far the worse so called property management company that exist! Extremely unprofessional, no returned phone calls! Michelle Chapman is the laziest excuse of a human I’ve ever experienced!

Our community has been working with ACS for a few years now, Joshua is simply amazing- he is always on top of all the issues, follows up regularly and in a timely manner, he is very quick to respond to any email inquiries, and simply a peace of mind when it comes to managing our community. I am so happy we chose their service as I was discouraged/concerned initially by previous reviews. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating based on my experience and I am certain that many would agree with me.

Benjamin, unfortunately she has been dealing with a family health emergency that has taken her out of the office a bit. How can we help you and sorry for the delay?

You can contact your assigned community manager. However, the property you describe is generally something the homeowner would need to repair at their expense. Not an issue the Association would be responsible. Thanks
