The guest gate was broken (I was told this is normal). I went to visit a friend. Couldn't get in, they had to send someone out to open the gate and let me in. Take my friend to dinner and we came back. My friend forgot her card and we couldn't get in again. While waiting on someone to come open the gate, a pizza delivery guy waited with us. He eventually left because he was there before we were.

This rude tall ignorant female decided to come talk to me when I told her face to face I didn’t want to deal with her and I was told I can see a unit before applying but of course she felt sometime of way so she told the other staff to not show me that’s very unprofessional DONT MOVE HERE

Good physical structure outside, but with the worst administration, if you are thinking of renting in this property do not do it, when my family and I decided to move from PA, we were looking at some properties to move, we decided for Preserve Mill Creek Apartments, and it has been one of the worst experiences of my life, they gave us the apartment in terrible conditions, with cockroaches, without proper maintenance, broken cabinets, etc, and I had rented an updated apartment, we reported everything to the administration and they never solved anything, from the manager with her entire team(Vanessa and Wendy) including maintenance staff are the worst of the worst, they treat residents horrible, think twice before moving in that complex.

I have a two bedroom with attached garage facing the preserve for $1300/month, but i know prices fluctuate seasonally too
We're the water comes out you pull down and turn.
They have a 1 year lease but processprices vary

Patrick Elementary on Kilgore Road, just before you get to Hamilton Mill Rd, Mountain View High School, Twin Rivers Middle. It was rezoned from Mill Creek last year. Still same elementary school, just transferred to a newer high school district. About same distance as Mill Creek. Maybe even a little closer. Mountain View HS is on Sunny Hill Rd at Lena Carter.Drive. Turn right onto Gravel Springs Rd (324) from Mall of GA Blvd. Or Hwy 20. You can turn right onto Morgan Road off Gravel Springs just after you go across the bridge over 1-85. Follow this curving rural road 2+miles and it becomes/turns into Sunny Hill Road. High school will be on your left. If you turn left, pass the high school and go through Lena Carter (+/- 1 mile) you will come out on Hwy 124 (Braselton Hwy). Twin Rivers Middle School will be to your right.You can also go south toward Lawrenceville on Hwy 124 (from Kroger) @ Gravel Springs 2-3 mies to the middle school. Hope this helps. Still very good school district.
