The picture I included is just the one I snagged today. It is not a true reflection of the disastrous management this complex is ran by. The entire property is covered in trash. It’s in the breezeways, parking lot, all over the dumpster. The management does so very little to maintain this property. It’s insane that there are hundreds of units and they somehow can afford to do the bare minimum. I visit my friend here weekly and sometimes there are “messes” (like bodily fluids, rotting food, etc) all over the property to where I literally have to skip steps to avoid it. I know they receive notices but choose to do nothing about it. This place is cheap, no doubt and I think we all appreciate that… but cheap rent multiplied by 500+ doesn’t mean they are strapped for cash. They are simply abusing the socioeconomic demographic they choose to do business with. It’s unsanitary and that remains on the head of management and no one else’s. Disgusting. P.s. that’s just the outdoors maintenance, not even including lack of care on the inside (literally a dirt do bees nest painted over??). I know a lot of us don’t have a choice, but it’s really shameful that management and tenants no longer work together to maintain the property. It’s just an us vs them situation.

Dealing with these apartments have been hell! Autumn/Elijah tries to finesse you with fake hope. Kayla is rude and has an issue with rolling her eyes and the manager can’t seem to manage because she has “family problem”. We worked with these apartments for 1 month prior to arriving. Someone was out sick and they couldn’t retrieve my proof of employment from her computer. We were even told that we would have keys on Friday and no keys. It was said that I’ll put some fire u der compliance to get this over and done & still nothing. The apartment wasn’t even cleaned or painted. I feel like the staff needs to be retrained and a few customer service classes would be nice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They should have an option for zero stars! I've been calling and calling no answer. What's the point of having a phone if you don't answer the phone? I finally got tired of calling and went to the office! There was two women in there complaining about something being wrong with their apartments. One of them had mold coming from their vent! So I quietly and politely walked out. I will not be getting myself into at lease here! And thanks to the reviews I've saved myself a headache!

If I could give -5 Stars I would! All the reviews on here I see are the same things that I was going through. The leasing agent David, is by far the worst agent I have ever experienced. For starters, he lost my paperwork then told me that I didn't fill out the papers that I know I filled out. He was very rude. Then he proceeded to tell me that my application wasn't approved when I got an email saying that I was approved the day before! Clearly he does not know what he's doing at all. I would recommend training for these kind of agents. Even I had more knowledge than him about some of the paperwork. 3 months later and I still don't have an apartment. If I were you I would run from this complex!

I pay regular rent I have a four bedroom that's 1,150 and some people have housing
Well Roxana their income based apartments so if you give them a call they'll be able to give you that I guess price range of what you're asking for I'm in a 3-2 and I pay 979 a month
I waited 5 days. There are several apartments that are available and people are moving out and in daily. The deposit varies. Just make sure you have all ya documents and the process will run smoother and faster.
Section 8 is welcome not sure about the bedrooms
Yes depending how many are in your family there is a cap you can't make over they have all the info at the office most people are usually within that cap
You would have to call the office. I know they're closed, but you can always call and see if you can speak to courtesy patrol to get the info. This is 1 thing i don't miss. People parking in your spot you pay for.
