My husband and I are about to move in this month and are really excited! From the first phone call, to the application process and touring of the community, the staff has been very friendly, informative and helpful. We were approved within one day and were able to sign a lot of the lease documents online. They communicated with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions on a timely manner. The amenities are a little outdated but it's worth it for the price of the apartment. I look forward to moving in soon and exploring the community.

Very friendly office staff, quiet neighborhood and unbeatable prices! It is a little older but it is still very affordable and close to a lot of major restaurants and stores.

I've been here for over 5months and so far so good. Price rates are very reasonable and the staff are very very nice and helpful. Miss Arley has been nothing but kind to us. For a non gated community, the office works hard to keep the environment safe keeping it strict with visitors and parking so if you're worried about safety, don't worry, I have not heard anyone complain about safety. Property wise, buildings arent new but maintenance are doing an awesome job. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a decent home with decent price rate. Oh yeah not to mention the closet space and storage. I don't even know what to put in the extra spaces. I mean, my old apt had very little closet space so this one is a plus for me.

Park Villas has been and continues the best experience for me Timely maintenance. Great manager great leasing staff I love my apartment and carport and my location. Convenient to most every place I go..i have great neighbors and my 2 dogs just love their walks and the squirrels. Nobody has ever bothered me or my things on my patio. I love it here reasonable leasing rates. Feels like a real home here and I view all the staff as family.stzrting my 2nd year here 6/1/21. J. R. Harrell
