I've lived here since November and have loved my experience here. We moved into a newly renovated unit and everything has been wonderful. We had a couple of maintenance fixes but they were met either the same day or following day. The staff is AMAZING! They do so much, and we always see them about. They are visible and approachable, love them. The Berkeley also does a ton of events and I love to meet people I probably wouldn't because of them. The pools, gyms, everything is on point and it feels like home here. Parking has been great, I know I'll always find a spot. You should definitely live here.

Awful end to our peaceful stay with the previous management. We enjoyed our stay at The Berkeley, until the new management took over. TERRIBLE ingenuine customer service and the complex was filthy..."growing pains" isn't an excuse for the lack of care for the property. The loud college kids were bad but manageable. The challenge was that it was impossible to walk without stepping on dog feces. Not to mention the lack of security. Towards the end of our stay we would find trash, beer cans (we would pick up the trash) and random suspicious people walking around. It was awful and the end but we're glad it's over. Plus, it was hard to get them on the phone which was part of our dilemma, they claimed it was the new transition but every time we went in, the woman that sits on the right of the office and manager were just talking and leaning on the desk. Good luck current residents. NOTE to management: Don't bother to reply as your reply will be a waste of your time.

If you don't mind the neighbor's music being so loud that it rattles the pictures on your walls, then this may be your place. I have complained to management so many times I've lost count and they have done NOTHING! The only thing I can commend them on is their security officers, who have come to the rescue when there have been threatenings from drunken residents. I strongly suggest you reconsider if you are planning to live here....or purchase some good ear plugs!!

I recently moved in the the Berkeley apartments and we all know how annoying it is to move from one place to another. Trust me I get it. I was in the military and I’ve moved all over the place. Now that I’m finally back in Texas and all settled in my, what feels like a mansion of an apartment. I can truly say that it’s definitely a place I call HOME!!! I love it here. The pools are nice and clean, the dog park is great for my killer little chihuahua (Milo), and the office staff always greet me with a smile. 5 stars for sure.
