Beautiful apartments, quiet neighborhood, and a nice clean pool. Sophia did an excellent job showing us the amazing amenities that this apartment has. She was courteous and humorous and definitely most helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends, and I would make sure to tell them to ask for Sophia because she made apartment hunting more enjoyable and really gave us her undivided attention.

*This review is only for the maintenance manager Fred Carter* He is absolutely fantastic! My A.C broke down last week. He was very quick to respond to my calls and made sure that I had the back up window A.C while waiting for the new one. He is very friendly, honest and efficient worker. After installing the new one, he made sure all was well and functioning. Thank you.

I had lived better in Afghanistan. There is no communication within the office. Be mindful that Joshua a regional manager only gives you one chance to have him contact you, even if he is on the property. And if you so happen to reach him in his office, don't attempt to speak to someone higher than him. He will tell you good day. Switched units when they took over, and have had issues since. New unit was not cleaned nor maintenance. Recently had a leak in my restroom which went to the bedroom closet. You can see it through the walls and fell it in the carpet. Now there is a horrible smell inside of closet. They only sent maintenance to fix leak, and when I called about the wall and carpet it's like they over looked the work order and their notes ( I keep getting told that they log stuff). Sent emails to the RPM website (apparently that's the only way to get in contact with someone) and still have not heard from anyone. When I told Josh my living situation was unacceptable since my move in he just told me to put in my 60 day notice. Avoid this place at all cost. If I notice you are taking a tour of the property, I will gladly tell you to try next door. It's not worth the headache or pay. Can't even get the gates to open most of the time. No issues until new management, and they are already on their 2nd property manager. And it's still bad.

sophie Khair is an absolutely amazing leasing consultant, we are currently in the process of getting an apartment here and she has been so helpful. The staff in the office are extremely professional, determined, and have a great sense of humor. Looking forward to living here, as the apartments are beautifully remodeled, the pool is sparking clean, and so much more.
