Management in the last year has improved greatly. This has become a better place to live and they keep making improvements.

Despite MULTIPLE issues, I have overall enjoyed my year and a half residence here. The complex is not perfect, but it does have a lot of potential, & I do believe it’s making progress in the right direction. I am grateful that my first ever home with my husband was here.

I would not advise anyone to move into this apartment community. Management is unprofessional and living conditions are deplorable. Maintenance drags their feet when addressing urgent matters. My sister has been a resident for six years, never had any major issues, pays her rent on time and may I add that she is disable and currently on housing. She is being evicted from her apartment for something that did not involve her. She was told that she had 24 hours to vacate the premises. Apparently, an individual that my sister filed a criminal trespassing/restraining order against them was on the property and vandalizing her son's car. My sister was unaware of the incident and a confrontation took place between her son and the individual. Police was called under false pretenses and her neighbor knocked on her door to let her know what was going on. The following day, my sister was notified by management (Lisa Marie) that she was given an immediate eviction and had 24 hours to leave the property, Management was unprofessional and talked to my sister in a demeaning manner. My sister became upset and traumatized at the thought of being evicted and not having anywhere to go. My sister has made several attempts to call the office to speak to management and has been unsuccessful in reaching her. I took it upon myself to call corporate and speak to the regional manager (Gloria) who never returned my phone call. My sister's apartment has been in disarray since the power outrage and maintenance has yet to come and repair her exposed walls. Code compliance has been notified on several attempts because of work orders that have not been fulfilled. We are hoping that the owners are someone over the regional manager will read this review and contact my sister and try to resolve this matter. My sister spoke to asst. manager (Felicia) who have been helpful and understanding in this situation. We were told to contact corporate and explain the incident and report how unprofessional their staff was and how she treats residents on the property. My sister was told that many residents have moved and left the property since she took over as property manager.

Not PROFESSIONAL and HONEST. My wife applied in the month of October. We were told about a special going on where the admin fee is half of their usual charge. When we applied online it didn't show the special offer price and we ended up paying their usual admin fee. Later, we were told by their leasing agent that they will refund the special discount admin fee. Long story short we didn't end up staying there and cancelled our application. We were suppose to get a refund of our deposit plus the discount of the admin fees. After about a month we received the deposit back but not the special offer admin fee as they had mentioned during the time of application. After numerous calls and emails to their office, I just get to hear one thing that their manager, Melissa, is extremely busy. The leasing agent notes down my number but I never hear back from them. One of their leasing agents asked me if I have some proof regarding the special offer. Well, I am sure their office would have record of the special going on at the time of application. It's just been a waste of time and energy. After waiting for more than a month, I decided to write this review. I am also going to contact their corporate office, City Gate Property Group. I hate it when people are not professional and honest. I would be very cautious leasing any property managed by their company. This is my hard earned money.
