Worst clinic ever, if you need a doctor don’t depend on them!!! If you call you wait for HOURS and walk in they send you to another clinic. If something was wrong with you they would not be the clinic to help only make you wait till the issue is probably worse. Never can talk to anyone on the phone maybe if someone picked up i would know where to go and how to go about things. Also the front desk ladies in clinic always have an attitude. They just want you out.

I have been with this facility for over 20 years and in the last 5 years I have seen it greatly decline I can't even get an appointment with my primary physician in over a year and a 1/2 I've left messages I've sent messages I've walked in I've asked them to have her call me it's been terrible we go for any appointment and it is absolutely the bare minimum anymore nobody knows anything of what they're doing In because my son has been so sick for weeks they sent us home and said give him allergy medicine he has no allergies never has again can't see our normal physician who actually knows us we just have to see whoever they have available and it seems as if nobody knows what they're doing.... Oh sad

I heard crickets for 45 minutes past the scheduled time the 2 people behind the desk talking about Jose . While my son was sick . Not there to hear of jose dont care about jose . I got up and went to urgent care . Service was far better . And now my Son is resting .
