Just this year, Dr. Funk, the director, has let me run out of medication, failed to send an order for needed blood work, and was supposed to send me for an X-ray on a worsening thumb joint and never got the call from her assistant whom she said would contact me. I went in and was treated rudely by Leticia, or something like that, the front desk person. I even made a complaint and asked for a phone call which never came. I had to contact Medicaid with a complaint and the board of directors. Use your Medicaid elsewhere, There are other local doctors who accept it that will give you better treatment. I am going to the we for my X-ray today and will tell them I had no other choice but to come to them and why.

Impossible to tell if I would have a good experience here - I can't make an appointment via the website, only by phone - and I've never been able to get through by phone. I guess I'll try to go to the clinic and book an appointment in person.

Been on hold with them an hour and 22 minutes so far, trying to make an appointment by phone. I'll take my money elsewhere with that poor of service. What a joke.
