My brother is there now since last Thursday in worse shape than when he arrived. No sense of urgency whatsoever. They have done nothing for comfort for him. Everything they try takes days to possibly work. So far they have done nothing. The ignorance of this facility is far worse than anything I’ve ever seen.

Not going here again was sent home with a broken knee cap , had to end up going to a different hospital to get it taken care of , Very irresponsible of them

Worst hospital ever. Simple as that, took a family member to the emergency room and waiting there for 4 hours until we just left. What’s the point of calling it the EMERGENCY room when it takes an eternity to get in.

Yes Good Samaritan takes Kaiser insurance . Very good staff very nice people in the emergency room and you don't the wait is not that long at all you get help right away

They close the main entrance at 9 and you have to go through the emergency room. Visiting hours depend on where you are and the persons wishes. Hope that helps
