An ongoing problem. This company was assigned my washer & dryer. They rescheduled me 4 times due to them having a failed vehicle, technician getting sick on the job and workers calling out from work altogether. It's been 3 weeks and my washer & dryer is still broken. They claim, they're going to fix the dryer but not the washer.

The service repair man did not repair our laundry machine properly, and it leaked all over the laundry room. When I called and asked him to return he promised he'd come back the next day. He never returned. We fixed the part ourselves. We'll be cancelling the service contract ASAP. Complete trash.
