Called for a light repair was told "Not anymore" Asked if she knew a place, woman mentioned a name. Told me to make reservation and "don't just show up please" youknow like I just called her. So rude. Should change their description .. they used to be nice there.

The customer service is excellent if you’re buying something. When you try to cancel within the timeframe you get rude, unprofessional Kimberly. The owner tried to fix the issue. The real question is why does he have her working for him with so many complaints. I will never purchase from this store again.

There's a lot of really cool stuff here, and the staff are very helpful, but all items are 3-4x the price I would be willing to pay for used, sometimes damaged furniture and fixtures.
