ER doctors refuse to talk to my dad about COVID home treatments when he was positive for COVID. Sent him home just to get worse without any treatment regime. Government subsidized hospitals do only what the government tells them. The doctors are cowards for not standing up for their patients well being. Why not give your patient every tool in the tool box to try to prevent COVID severity and death. This would be medical malpractice just 3 years ago. Bryan - ER Nurse.

Assisted a non-driving friend with a ride to see Dr. Hornsby re: an improperly filled out Med-9 form. We've had to make repeated trips because the doctor or whomever is filling out the form keeps submitting it incomplete, interfering with my friend's medical benefits. Wasting everyone's time to such a degree I cannot ascribe it to laziness or incompetence but begin to believe it is intentional. Shamefully abusive of the least of us, horrible behavior for people that bill themselves as Good Samaritans.

Be super wary of their billing department's incompetence- they have straight told me lies about how much was due on my account and that they had successfully set up auto pay when they clearly did not and our account was sent to collections because of it. It was extremely frustrating having to call three separate times and be assured that things were setup only to receive a letter months later stating that it had not been.
